The School-to-Work Educational Transitions For Long-Term Youth Fulfillment (SET4LYF) program is designed to identify, equip, and empower marginalized at-risk young women in low-income societies with entrepreneurial skills and financial support to complete secondary school, proceed with higher education, and start businesses that create jobs and support the social and economic advancement of their communities.

It is a cross-cutting program that takes at-risk girls through a combination of Ideathons, Company Program, and the JA Social Equity Program to set them up for a dignified and fulfilling life.
