JA Eswatini Honored at Eswatini Customer Service Excellence Awards

JA Eswatini has been awarded the Dig Tech Innovative Experience Award for the JA Eswatini/Eswatini Bank Card at the Eswatini Customer Service Excellence Awards. This annual event, facilitated by IRDM University College, a channel partner of (CICM) recognizes, promotes and rewards excellence, professionalism, and outstanding performances in all sectors of the economy and the emphasis is on the importance of customer service.

The award was conferred on JA Eswatini and Eswatini Bank for creating the JA Card which promotes financial literacy and inclusion of young people. Launched in 2021, this personalized debit card was created for JA financial literacy program students to ensure that they learn to manage their finances at an early age. The card aims to foster the culture of saving among children and increase financial inclusion.
