This award underscores the significant impact of Simi Nwogugu’s efforts as the leader of JA Africa, one of the largest youth empowerment NGOs in Africa, which has positively impacted the lives of over three million youths on the continent. It also highlights her unwavering commitment to fostering equal opportunities for women and girls to thrive within Africa’s entrepreneurial landscape.
