Charles Leads IBM’s external communications and reputation risk management using B2B, B2C, B2P tools to galvanize valued stakeholder (Analyst, Media, Public Sector and Industry) relations in 17 sub-Sahara Africa markets across Central and West Africa. He has been with IBM since 2012. He is also founder and CEO of Kalahari Kangaroo Kommunications and has a background in communications and PR.
